(More customer reviews)we gave this item a three week tryout--we could not get a sparrow to even look at it--called for info/help--very nice person-[john] told us to try water and different kinds of food/bait---------no luck , no catches,nothing, they would not even look at it--we tried it in several places and in different areas, where there were thousands of sparrows--still nothing--so we are sending it back,the rep did say they were having very good luck with it on there property, i think my sparrows must be a lot smarter here in idaho than where they are -i am sorry it did not work because we need sparrow control in the worst way---HELPPPPPPPPPPPP
