(More customer reviews)They work ok but not as good as other mosquito traps (i.e. Mosquito Magnet) and if it breaks, and it will, you can't get replacement parts because they have no customer service. If you get a hold of them, they're rude and not helpful at all and once you've bought their product they could careless about you. As far as function goes, it doesn't really do that well on it's own. It'll catch a few mosquitos here and there. The problem is the octenol cartridge this uses doesn't seem to work. I bought an octenol cartridge for a machine from another manufacturer and modified it to work with this one and it works better. Definately not worth the hassle or the money. Look for another machine that uses propane and octenol. They're out there for less than this one and you'll be much happier.
